Pollo Salsa was born on a summer's day in 1989. After years of eating mediocre Mexican food, We decided to drop everything and build the chicken shack of our dreams. High-quality ingredients, delicious recipes, lots of love. Not to mention a funky interior design, Mexican music and super eclectic  atmosphere.

The Chefs

Our names are Daniel and Memo, and grilling chickens isn't just our jobs. It's our hobby, past-time and favorite obsession. For us, chicken and tacos are an edible form of art.
